Proud to be B Corp
Our B Corp Certification Journey
What?
B Corp certification is the gold standard for businesses that prioritise people and the planet alongside profit, measuring a company’s impact across governance, environment, community, and workers, ensuring businesses operate ethically and sustainably.
Why?
These values have always been part of our DNA. Becoming a B Corp reinforces our commitment to using profits for positive change, holding ourselves accountable, and building trust with our clients, partners, and community.
How?
The certification process is rigorous, taking 6-12 months to complete. We underwent a detailed assessment, reviewing everything from our business policies to our environmental impact, demonstrating our commitment to operate as a force for good.

Our Packaging

Our products
Holmen (Ecovadis Platinum 1%) supplies the paperboard for our plastic-free Gift Cards, Wallets & Gift Boxes. Sourced from regenerative Swedish forests, it’s made from timber byproducts - treetops and branches - then mulched into paper fibers and used in our products.

Our packaging
Our packing materials come from Priory Direct, a fellow B Corp, Carbon Neutral, and 1% for the Planet member. They are 100% plastic-free, fully recyclable and biodegradable. We aim to use even more environmentally-friendly materials for our envelopes in 2026.

Print production
We work with eco-minded printers like Green Gift Cards and Green Hippo to reduce our environmental impact when producing our Gift Cards, and printed collateral for marketing, trade shows and events.

Reducing our carbon footprint
Aligned with our B Corp Certification, each year we measure our carbon emissions across:
- Employee travel – both commuting and work-related trips
- Office energy usage, including remote work considerations
- Emissions from business operations, such as office equipment, furniture, and packaging.
To ensure we account for margin of error, we double our carbon offsets with Climate Impact, supporting Amazon reforestation and wind power projects in Chile.

Green energy & operations
In November 2023, we made the switch to a 100% green energy provider – meaning our office now runs on fully renewable energy with zero emissions.
We're also improving how we work by:
- Working exclusively with eco-friendly print suppliers
- Developing a sustainability checklist for all new suppliers to ensure they align with our values
- Introducing sustainability training to help our team make better, greener choices.

Office & everyday practices
Sustainability is in the small things, too. In our office, we prioritise:
- Eco-friendly cleaning products
- Wonky Coffee, sustainably sourced surplus coffee, rescued from British coffee roasters
- Supporting cycling-to-work initiatives for our team
- 40% carbon neutral deliveries through DPD couriers.
